• the content of messages sent via the contact form or the AI assistant
• your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter
• account details, if you register a buyer account

• Answering your enquiry: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
• Sending the newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Bookkeeping and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Analytics (Google Analytics): your consent, given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors needed to run the gallery and fulfil your order:

• Comgate a.s.: to process online card payments
• Česká pošta: to deliver your order, if shipped rather than collected in person
• our email and hosting providers: to operate the website and send order confirmations
• Google Analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies

This site uses necessary cookies to remember your cart and cookie preferences, and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookies” in the footer.

Order and enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order or answer, and no longer than 3 years afterwards. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the legally required 10 years. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request erasure of your data, where it is no longer needed
• restrict or object to certain processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
