Every painting, etching and drawing offered on this website is an original, one-of-a-kind work by Pavel Filin unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in EUR and may change without notice; the price valid at the time an order is placed applies. Because each piece is unique, once a work is sold it is removed from sale and cannot be reordered.

An order is placed by adding a painting to the cart and completing checkout. A contract is formed once the Seller confirms the order by email. Orders are processed in the order received; in the rare case a piece sells out before your order is confirmed, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Payment is accepted by online card payment through the Comgate payment gateway, or in cash in person at the studio.

Online payments are provided by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. More information and contacts at www.comgate.eu.

Paintings are shipped via Česká pošta (Czech Post) across the EU, or may be collected in person at the studio by appointment. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the painting, without giving any reason, in accordance with Czech Civil Code §1829 and Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact the Seller using the details below before returning the item; the painting must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Please inspect your painting immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported at the moment of delivery or within 2 working days at the latest — please keep all original packaging, as it may be required as evidence. For shipments outside the Czech Republic, any carrier claim must be filed within 6 months of dispatch. If your painting arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact the Seller as soon as possible so a claim can be filed with the carrier; regardless of the claim's outcome, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

Images, descriptions and other content on this website belong to the Seller or the artist and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing a painting does not transfer copyright in the artwork to the buyer.

The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of a painting, except where liability cannot be excluded under Czech law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Complaints can be raised directly with the Seller at info@artgalleryteplice.com; consumers may also refer unresolved disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court settlement.
